Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.


3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Contact Email] with photos of the damage.

  • Lost or Stolen: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Apt 53 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
